Terms of Service
By using Initi8Now you agree to these terms. Read them; they are short on purpose.

Who can use the platform
Students must be 18 or over and enrolled at a recognised Indian institution. Employers must be a registered business or a verified individual.
What Initi8Now is
We are a platform that connects students with short-term paid work and holds payment in escrow. We are not the employer. We do not control how an employer runs their business, and a gig on our platform does not create employment with Initi8Now.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information during verification.
- Do the work you accepted, or withdraw before the deadline.
- Do not move payment or communication off-platform. It voids escrow protection.
- Do not create multiple accounts, or apply on someone else’s behalf.
Employer responsibilities
- Fund escrow before applications open.
- State the real scope, hours and rate on the listing.
- Approve or dispute delivery within five working days.
- Never ask a student for money, ID documents or OTPs.
Payments
Escrow releases on approval, or through our dispute process. Student payouts reach the linked UPI account within 24 hours of release. Employer platform fees are shown before a gig goes live. Using Initi8Now is free for students.
Content you post
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to display it where the platform needs to — your profile to employers you apply to, for example. You are responsible for having the right to upload it.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts for fraud, harassment, repeated no-shows, or attempts to take payment off-platform.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value held in escrow for the gig it relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
