“Initiation is the spark that sets dreams in motion, integrity is the compass that keeps them true, and implementation is the force that turns vision into legacy.”Diksha Mishra, Director and Founder
Initiation, integrity, implementation. The three I’s the company runs on — and the 8 in the middle is an infinity loop, because every completed gig should open the door to the next one. That is the promise behind the name and behind the badge system.
We would rather list fewer roles than list one we cannot vouch for. Verification is the product.
No selling student data, no pay-to-apply. If it would not be fair to a younger sibling, we do not do it.
Every gig should leave a student more employable than before. Badges make that visible.
We are growing the team — campus leads, verification, product and partnerships.
